Visions currently supports a total of 34 residents at three sites in New Hampshire’s Upper Valley. We offer life-long wrap-around supports for each Visions resident in a model emphasizing permanent, affordable housing among a caring circle of friends, with community supports tailored to individual needs.
The people who live at Visions have a range of developmental and similar disabilities. Because our model is for permanent rather than temporary or transitional housing, openings are not guaranteed. When we do have an opening, our Resident Selection Committee considers our ability to provide the supports the applicant needs and that person’s interest in and ability to join the mutually supportive community of residents at each site. Visions is truly a community of friends offering encouragement and mutual support with staff available and assigned to offer specific supports as needed. Priority is given to applicants who are already residents of New Hampshire’s Upper Valley.
