Direct Support Mentors

Visions maintains staff and locations in Enfield, Lebanon, and Hanover, New Hampshire. Visions’ Direct Support Mentors provide residential and community-based supports for our residents as they engage in a range of daily living, community, and employment-related activities. Depending on current openings, Visions hires full and part time staff, to work weekday, weekend, and overnight shifts. On the job training and professional development opportunities are available.

We seek applicants who are kind and personable, energetic, flexible, patient, and able to adapt to a variety of circumstances. Visions provides individual training, and the team environment results in lots of support. Experience is preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required. Visions conducts background checks prior to hiring, including criminal background screening as required by the State of New Hampshire.
